SCHEDULED PROCEDURES
At the time of your appointment, you may have been scheduled for a colonoscopy, EGD or a Pill Cam study. Each procedure requires a specific set of instructions to follow both before and on the day of your scheduled procedure.
Colonoscopy Instructions
To best prepare for a colonoscopy, it is important to follow the Prep Instructions given to you at the time of your appointment or else your procedure cannot be completed and may be cancelled.
EGD Instructions
This procedure does not require any special sort of diet to follow before it is completed. However, it is important to review the materials provided to you at the time of your appointment.
PILL CAM Instructions
If you have been scheduled to return to the office for a Pill Cam study, it is important to follow the instructions given to you by the staff as it contains information for both before and on the day of your study.
