Our team consists of two highly experienced practitioners who are committed to providing the best possible care for our patients, with a focus on digestive disease management. SURESH CHAVAKULA, MD
Our medical team is led by Dr. Suresh Chavakula, who, after obtaining his medical degree and completing his internship in Madras, India, followed with an internal medicine residency in Brooklyn, NY and a fellowship in Gastroenterology at SUNY Health Sciences Center. He has been providing specialized digestive care to the Southwest Florida community since 1999 and actively holds hospital privileges at Gulf Coast Hospital and Lehigh Regional Medical Center.

Dr. Chavakula is also bi-lingual speaking both English & Spanish.
Hadid Rodriguez, APRN

Our medical team is pleased to have our nurse practitioner, Mrs. Hadid Rodriguez. She has extensive experience in the medical field and has been with the practice since 2023. Mrs. Rodriguez has obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Master’s Degree in advanced nursing from Keiser University, and is actively certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. In addition, she holds credentialed privileges at Gulf Coast Hospital and Lehigh Regional Medical Center.
